Forty-eight senators have signed pact not to sign into impeachment process against Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his Deputy, Ike Ekweremadu.
They did on Tuesday even as the plan to oust the two principal officers of the senate failed with the siege laid at the national assembly by security operatives.

The Senators who signed the list said they will resist any illegal change of leadership.
They are mostly senators elected on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
