Former governor of Sokoto State Attahiru Bafarawa has visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo to seek jis support for the presidency on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party come next year.
Bafarawa was in Abeokuta on Monday with his associates and was told by Obasanjo to provide good governance if he gets elected.
Bafarawa was a two term governor of Sokoto State and seeks the nod of his party to fly its flag where more than 10 members have indicated interest so far.
