Governor John Kayode Fayemi was on Tuesday sworn in as the Governor of Ekiti State.
Fayemi, a governor of the All Progressive Congress (APC) took over from former governor Ayodele Fayos whose tenure expired on Monday, October 15.
Fayemi’s swearing in was attracted by most of the governors of the APC from the South West, while President Muhammadu Buhari was represented by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.
