FCMB Group Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and the investing public that it will not file its nine months un-audited results for the period ended September 30, 2018 by the due date of October 31, 2018.
This is due to the commencement of the interim audit of the company’s commercial banking subsidiary, First City Monument Bank Limited for the period ended September 30, 2018.
In a notice it issued at the Nigerian Stock Exchange and signed by Funmi Adedibu, Company Secretary, FCMB Group Plc said its consolidated third quarter 2018 results will be released on the Exchange on or before November 29, 2018.
