Goodie M. Ibru has resigned as Chairman of Ikeja Hotel.
Ikeja Hotel Plc has therefore notified its shareholders and other stakeholders of the company, noting that the resignation with effect from February 17, 2017.
However, it said Ibru will remain a non-Executive Director of the Company until May 17, when he will finally retire from the Board.
The company has informed the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in a letter which was made public on Thursday, March 30.
The company said it will communicate any further development in this regards in due course.
