Nigeria’s 2019 campaigns start Sunday

Political parties in Nigeria have put everything in place for the kick off of campaigns for the 2019 election.

 

The Independent National Electoral Commission chose tomorrow, November 18 as the day electioneering will begin and Armadanews.com can confirm that the politicians are good to go on the campaigns.

 

The two major political parties in Nigeria- the All Progressive Congress and the People’s Democratic Party have sensitized their members enough for tomorrow including unveiling vehicles and other materials needed for the campaigns.

 

Former Vice President Atiku and presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party Atiku Abubakar said he will kick off his campaign with the unveiling of his policy thrust.

 

A member of his campaign council amd former governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel urged Nigerians to log on to Atiku’s website: atiku.org to download the policy document of the PDP candidate.

 

Governor of Sokoto State Aminu Tambuwal told Nigerians on Saturday not to make the 2019 election a do or die as only God gives power.

 

Daniel and Tambuwal were speaking dueing the New Telegraph award nights that was held in Lagos on Saturday.

 

The APC said they are ready to roll with Kano state Governor Abdullahi Ganduje said to have unveiled 200 President Muhammadu Buhari branded vehicles in Kano.

 

Ahead of the start of the campaigns the “war” is already on on social media with supporters of the parties dishing out reporta that will attract sympathy for their party.

The New Telegraph award night was more or less a political gathering as both the PDP ans APC has huge representation of their members.
