Dr. Frederick Fasheun, founder of the Oodua People’s Congress (OPC) is dead.
Fasheun died Saturday morning at the age of 83 at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital where he was taken into their Intensive Health-care Unit on Tuesday.
Family sources confirmed his death.
Fasheun, a medical doctor by training founded the OPC with which he fought insecurity in Lagos in particular and South West in general.
He was also a politician and attempted to revive the defunct Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN).
