President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Lagos for his presidential campaign today.
Buhari was received at the Murtala Mohammed Airport by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and other government and All Progressive Congress leaders to a tumultuous welcome by supporters.
The President headed straight to the palace of the Oba of Lagos, Rilwanu Akiolu who has mobilised his palace chiefs to receive Buhari.
Lagos State government on Friday cancelled the original idea of restricting movements because of the visit.
As early as 6 am many APC supporters had found their way to the Teslim Balogun stadium venue of tge presidential rally.
Security checks are also high at the stadium with many supporters complaining they could not have assess to the stadium.
Buhari is expected to use tbe occasion if tge rally to formally unveil Lagos State Governorship candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
