The federal government of Nigeria has declared Friday, February 22 a work free day for workers to enable them prepare for election on Saturday, February 23.
The holiday will afford workers who intend to travel to do so.
The federal government workers should also take advantage of the holiday to exercise their civic responsibility in a peaceful and orderly manner.
Femi Adesina, President Muhammadu Buhari’s mefia aide said the work free day is not a public holiday as banks and other sectors on essential duties will still be in duty.
