Many Igbo leaders believe former governor of Lagos state, Bola Tinubu is behind the assault on Igbo residing in Okota whose votes were either burnt or destroyed by APC and OPC hoodlums on the day of the election.
Tinubu was said to have earlier threatened the Igbo to vote his party or the state will not accommodate them.
The Igbo in the Okota area are believed to have a large chunk of votes that can sway the votes of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
