The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arraigned the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Paul Usoro, a senior Advocate of Nigeria over N1.4billion fraud.
Usoro was rearriagned on Friday on a 10-point charge which he pleaded not guilty to all.
It was on a day the court issued a warrant of arrest on the Akwa Ibom Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, the Commissioner for Finance and the Accountant General over their complicity in the alleged fraud involving Usoro.
The case was adjourned to March 18 and 19 for trial.
Usoro was deemed not fit to run for the office of the NBA president by former Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Chidi Odinkalu.
