Candidate of the Action People’s Party (APP) in the Imo state governorship election, Sir Bruno Chidiebere Oparaocha has congratulated the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Emeka Ihedioha.
Oparaocha wrote a letter of congratulation to Ihedioha on Monday, March 11, and personally signed by him where he described the PDP candidate’s victory as laudable.
He said he would be available to render any service he is invited to do so because of the intrest he has in Imo state.
