The Senate on Tuesday approved the payment for both Federal government and States worker.
The report on the N30,000 minimum wage was submitted for consideration by the Senate Ad-hoc Committee on new Minimum Wage chaired by Senator Francis Alimikhena.
The approval for the new minimum wage for civil servants in the country followed Clause after Clause consideration of the report by the Senate President.
In Saraki’s comment, he also appreciated the efforts the Ad-hoc Committee in ensuring that the minimum wage bill is passed as soon possible .
