Tragedy was averted on Saturday at the Port Harcourt International Airport when an Air Peace plane laden with 87 passengers survived a big crash.
The flight from Abuja overshot its runway during landing following heavy downpour that came with threatening wind.
All the passengers were carefully rescued while Accident Investigation Bureau of the Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria has started investigation into the matter.
