Nigeria’s Super Eagles have reached the group of 16 at the ongoing 2019 African Cup of Nations by beating Guinea to become the first team to so qualify for the Group.
The Super Eagles qualified for the next stage after a Kenneth Omeruo strike gave them a 1-0 victory over Guinea, taking their points tally to six in Group B.
Super Eagles first match with Burundi ended 1-o in favour of Nigeria and earned the team three points.
