Former governor of Imo State Rochas Okorocha returned to Owerri capital on Wednesday to a tumultuous welcome by misguided youths and women who sing his praises.

Addressing them at the campaign office of the Action Alliance Okorocha who spoke both in English and Igbo languages asked the youths to resist most of the actions taken by the Emeka Ihedioha government which they do not like.

He dared the government to undermine him any more by faulting most of his activities and by seizing property allegedly stolen by those who served in his administration.

He openly abused Ihedioha as a nobody with little mind and for reassembling tired politicians in Imo state to come and steal the people’s resources.

Okorocha said there was deliberate attempt to destroy all he did in eight years with the intent to frustrate his presidential ambition and vowed to fight back.

He told the youths and women to get prepared to do battle with him against Ihedioha even as he said that the governor did not win the election ghat brought him into office.

Okorocha challenged Ihedioha to point to what he has done in his almost 100 days in office other than to fight him, his family and those who worked with him.

Acknowledging that he was observing a deserved rest in Abuja, Okorcha indicated that he decided to be home to remind the government that “enough is enough” and to reassure his supporters that nobody can cow him.

Okorocha called most of the leaders in Imo  state as criminals, robbery patrons and agents of all manner of criminality whom he put out of circulation but have been brought back by Ihedioha.

He claimed they hide a hotel owned by founder of Diamond bank Dr. Pasc Dozie where they assemble everyday to squander the state’s money.

Okorocha warned the security agencies in the state to careful as he will soon call out the youths and women against the government of the day if pushed to the wall further.

His former chief of staff,  son in-law and candidate of the Action Alliance Uche Nwosu and his Campaign Director, Chidi Ibe were among those who attended the gathering.
