A yet-to-be identified policeman in the early morning on Monday in Lagos killed his wife and proceeded to kill himself.
They were residing at the Prison’s Barracks at Ikoyi on Lagos Island where the tragedy struck.
Details of the ugly incident are still not clear but the development was being discussed at the barracks by other cops.
The police authorities have been informed of the matter.
