The election that threw up Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State in March 2019 has been affirmed by the Appeal Court in Lagos.
The court did on Saturday, November 9 when it dismissed the appeal brought before it by the Labour Party.
The three man panel of Justices of the court unanimously agreed the petition of the Labour Party lacked merit and so dismissed the appeal brought before it.
