Nigerian former information minister Alex Akinyele is dead. He was 81.
He reportedly died in London where he had gone for medical treatment.
Akinyele was a former image maker of the Nigerian Customs Service amd information minister during the time of former military President Ibrahim Babangida.
Family sources confirmed his death.
