Benjamin Uwajimogu, senator representimg Imo North at the senate is dead.
He reportedly slumped in his house on Wednesday in Abuja and was confirmed dead at the hospital.
Uwajimogu, former speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly was a member of the 8th Senate and was reelected for the 9th senate.
Before he died je was said to be suffering from a heart condition.
