#RevolutionNow protesters are demanding immediate resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari over heightened insecurity in the country.
The protesters, who defied the arrest of some of them by security operatives around Unity Fountain, Abuja, the planned venue of the protest, converged at Berger roundabout at the Federal Capital Territory, where they beckoned on Nigerians to rise against unending killings in parts of the country.
Dozens of #RevolutionNow protesters were arrested in Abuja by combined team of security operatives as they attempted to stage a peaceful protest around the Unity Fountain in the FCT.
Also in Osogbo, Osun State, scores of the #RevolutionNow protesters were arrested by security operatives during a peaceful protest.
