The chairman, chief executive of officer, ABM Global, Prince Alex Mbata has called for more support and solidarity for the governor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, whom he described as a focused, phenomenal and result driven leader, who has continued to bring about new significant narratives in the business of governance in the state.
The Owerri North born quintessential entrepreneur and oil magnate made this disclosure while on an interactive meeting with members of the APC state working committee, Interim Management Committee chairmen as well as LGA party chairmen from Owerri zone at the state secretariat of the party.
Mbata who was accompanied by prominent and distinguished leaders of the zone, like Prince Lemmy Akakem, Prince Charles Amadi, Chief Henry Njoku (Harritex), Hon. Tony Umezurike, Barr. Chima Anozie (Homebase), Sir Paddy Obinna, Hon. Dan Ikpeazu, Lady Dr. Ann Dozie among others described his visit as a part of his resolution to support the leader of the party, Governor Hope Uzodimma in straightening and enhancing the capacity of the party in the state.
According to him ” I have came to reaffirm and demonstrate my commitment to support our performing governor in all ramifications. A man who is diligently working hard in spite of all the distractions, to change the narratives in the business of governance in the state, deserves the support and solidarity of every well -meaning Imolites.
“In party building, we will continue to ensure that our party in the zone and at the state is provided with every necessary material support to function as a governing political party in the state. We are doing all these to enable our governor concentrate with critical issues of reconstruction, rehabilitation and recovery as encapsulated under the Shared Prosperity mantra of his administration”
The business migul further charged the party leaders to always call on him whenever the need arises, as he declared his availability and commitment to the growth of the party in the zone.
Also speaking, Akakem extolled the exemplary leadership disposition of Mbata, whom he described as a dependable and true statesman who has demonstrated immense support to the administration of the governor.
In his remark, the state chairman of the party, Prince Barrister Marcillinus O. Nlemigbo expressed delight and gratitude for the commitment and numerous contributions of Mbata towards the growth of the party and success of the APC – led administration. Nlemigbo described Mbata as a valuable asset to the party in Owerri zone and in the state, while urging him to sustain his support for the party, as for every good work, there is a reward.
Also speaking, the zonal chairman of the party in Owerri zone, Okenze Engr. Paul Oparah thanked Mbata and his entourage for their kind disposition and magnanimity towards the party, particularly for the cash donations for upkeep of the party and prayed God to keep them safe at all times in their individual endeavors.
