American song writer- singer, evangelist- pator, Don Moen has died.
He was 66.
He died im the early hours of Wednesday where he was rushed to a hospital over stomach ache according to his family.
His family confirmed his passing.
President Donald Trump and Pastor T D Jakes are among the early persons to mourn Moen’s death.
Both described it as shocking and devastating.
Moen is known in the U. S. for his wonderful gospel works which also brought him fame across the world among Christians.
In Nigeria, particularly in Akwa Ibom State, Moen was a familiar face as he haa been featuring during the state’ s annual Chrismas Carol, from the regime of former governor Godswill Akpabio.
