Millionaire kidnap kingpin who has been in police custody for months now Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike popularly called Evan has pleaded guilty to the crime.
Two other suspects also pleaded guilty while three others pleaded not guilty.
He did Wednesday, August 30 when he was arraigned in court in Lagos by the police.
Evans was arraigned before an Ikeja Division of the Lagos state High Court.
The kidnapper was arraigned for kidnapping and murder.
Evans was arraigned alongside Uche Amadi, Ogechi Izechuwku, Okechukwu Nwachukwu, Chilaka Ifeanyi and one Victor Chukwumonso.
He with two other suspects were ordered to be remanded at the Kirikiri Maximum Prison in Lagos. The only female among them was to be kept in the Female Section of the Prison.
The case was adjourned to October 19 by Justice Akeem Oshodi.
