Governor Ayodele Fayose has fired his chief press secretary, Idowu Adelusi.
Adelusi has been with Fayose since his early days as governor, and has remained a loyal aide.
No reason has been given for the sack, but many of the governors aides and those who are used to Adelusi are surprised over the sack.
