Boko Haram Attacks Adamawa, Open Fire On Villagers

Members suspected to be of Boko Haram on Monday night, November 6, attacked Bakin Dutse village in Adamawa State as they advanced to Gulak administrative headquarters of Madagali local government area of the state.
The attack was reported to have begun at about 7:35 p.m when the insurgents opened fire on residents.
Premium Times report said the attack was confirmed by government officials and security sources.
Residents who were fleeing the area said the attack started at about 7:35 p.m as the insurgents stormed the village and opened fire on residents.
The casualty from the attack cannot be ascertained yet, but the Adamawa State governor confirmed the attack in a brief telephone interview, saying: “More soldiers have been swiftly deployed to Gulak and other areas to repel the attack.”
