…Says Alleged Endorsement Panic measure, Unrealisable
The much touted endorsement of Uche Nwosu, son-in-law to Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State for the 2019 governorship ambition may have hit the rock with key leaders of Owerri zone speaking furiously on the said endorsements from some quarters.
Nwosu is also the Chief of Staff to the Governor.
The leaders have therefore described such as a panic measure and unrealistic project, which has failed on arrival.
The latest among the leaders who spoke was the former Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly under Achike Udenwa administration, Rt. Hon. Kelechi Nwagwu.
Nwagwu wondered why anyone in his right frame of mind would endorse Nwosu, whose major credential is perhaps his certificate of marriage as the Governor’s son-in-law.
He therefore cautioned those deceiving him as a result of gratification to desist from such inglorious act.
He also said those behind the charade are encouraging impunity, hence tantamount to supporting the third term agenda of Okorocha.
He revealed that it is foolhardy for anyone to believe that Ikeduru local government where he comes from will endorse Nwosu, whom he said, will be a colossal failure as he will represent the new face of mediocrity should such ever happen.
