Senator Ike Ekweremadu from Enugu state has again joined the race for the deputy senate President of the 9th Natoonal Assembly.
Ekweremadu is squarring up with Senator Ovie Omo- Agege from Delta state.
Both Ekeremadu and Omo-Agege were nominated by their colleagues and they accepted their nominations.
Ekweremadu has been in the senate since 2003 and has served as deputy senate President to two Senate Presidents- David Mark and Bukola Saraki.
Ekweremadu is definitely one of the most experienced senators in Nigeria today.
