Senator Ali Ndume from Borno State has been directed to resume plenary on Wednesday, November 15.
Ndume was suspended from the senate in the last 90 days and was recently cleared to resume by the court which said his suspension was illegal.
The court also directed that the senate pays Ndume all his allowances and entitlement for the period he was on suspension.
The senate had earlier thought of challenging his clearance by the court until Tuesday when it ruled that Ndume should resume without prejudice to the earlier decision of the court.
Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu presided over the sitting on Ndume’ s readmission to the Red Chambers.
