Head, communication and marketing of First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Folake Ani-Mumuney has been appointed to head the insurance brokers’ arm of the group, FBN Insurance Brokers.
Her appointment was contained in a notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), shareholders and the general public on Monday.
The NSE wasalso informed that Seye Kosoko and Seyi Oyefeso were appointed to the board as non-executive directors.
Ani-Mumuney appointment was done since November last year.
She is President, Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN), and had worked with the British Airways and Dangote Group in the same capacity.
But while with British Airways, Ani-Mumuney managed its brands policies and communications policies across Europe and Africa. Her role covered 59 countries.
In addition, she functioned as Business Analyst, Strategy & Business Planning Manager, New Business Development Manager and Head Marketing & Communications Manager Africa.
