Following a lift accident in his hotel accommodation in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, a Nigerian Muslim pilgrim has reportedly died.
With the tragedy, the number of Nigerian pilgrims who have died in the course of 2018 Hajj in now four.
Head of Nigeria’s National Medical Team (NMT), Ibrahim Kana, confirmed the death of the pilgrim, saying the details would be released later.
The deceased, he however, confirmed hailed from Niger State.
