The Court of Appeal sitting in Ado Ekiti on Thursday, April 19 directed the freezing of the account of Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose.
In a lead judgment, the court permitted the appeal filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against the judgment of Justice Taiwo. O Taiwo of Federal High Court, Ado Ekiti division to stay.
