Justice (Lady) Chioma Nwosu-Iheme of the Court of Appeal, Benin Division has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen, armadanews.com has learnt.
She was on Wednesday in Benin, Edo State kidnapped by the unknown gunmen who also killed her police orderly on the spot.
Details of her kidnap are yet to emerge, but the police in Edo are said to have been alerted.
Her kidnap came not long after a Federal High Court Judge in Akure, Justice Abdul Dogo suffered similar fate.
Numerous Nigerians have recently been kidnapped all over the country.
