Shock and disbelieve most described the report on Sunday that the country home of the President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo was rocked by bomb.
The police authorities in Enugu led the Commissioner of police who later visited the home in Ukehe in Nsukka area of Enugu State confirmed the incident and expressed worry over the incident.
The police however pledged to get to the root of what could have happened.
The inprovised explosive devices (IED) shattered Nwodo’s home with most of the rooms reduced to rubble.
Reactions on the social media have been trailing the incident with many commentators demanding that security operatives carry out detailed probe into the incident.
There were those who also wanted the police to look inwards in their investigation.
