The federal high court in Lagos has ordered the arrest of former Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ayodele Oke and the wife, Folashade over N1.3billion money laundering.
The court gave the order while entertaining an application before it from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission which said Oke and the wife have been evading service over the case.
The matter which was supposed to come up today was stalled again after Oke amd the wife shunned the court, hence the warrant for their arrest.
