Fifty Nigerians described by President Muhammadu Buhari as high profile have been barred from travelling outside the country.
This is perhaps the first major step the Buhari administration is taking to fully implement the court ruling empowering the president to seize properties corruptly acquired by Nigerians.
President Buhari’s Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu issued a statement on Saturday on the ban but did not disclose the identities of the jigh profile Nigerians.
