President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday, August 17 in Katsina state ordered soldiers keeping an eye on insurgents not to spare them.
Buhari admonished the soldiers to treat the insurgents and bandits as nuisances to the country and society.
Buhari spoke as he was departing Katsina for Abuja after the Sallah holidays.
The President assured the soldiers of his support and encouraged them to make their country and families proud by taking on the bandits squarely.
He regretted that the insurgents have proven that they deserve not to live by their continuing criminality and promised that his government was determined to rid Nigetia of criminals.
