Students of Edgerly Memorial Girls Secondary School in Cross River State being forced to pack refuse they disposed wrongly with their bare hands by the state’s environmental sanitation police called Green Sherriff.
The students were reportedly caught in the act and were reported to the school authorities which in turn directed that the students should be made tom pack the debris.
But what the school authorities and the Green Sherriff forgot was that the affected students ran the risk of contacting deadly diseases by not covering their hands and their nostrils whiling clearing the refuse.
