Nigeria’s federal government has threatened to release another list of citizens who took part in the looting of the nation’s treasury.
The government said it was not against those effected by the earlier list going to court as some of them have indicated, insisting that the threat was neither here nor there.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed told reporters on Sunday in Ilorin, Kwara state that the court is meant for everyone- the rich, poor, government and the governed, noting that the mistake those threatening court action him and the government would be making was to think that government would wake up with such list without evidence to back its claim up.
Mohammed however told Nigerians to brace up for the new list as they would be shocked by the names of those contained therein.
