The Federal Government is set to rearrest the leader of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu for flouting the court order granted to him when he was admitted to bail few months ago.
Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami has already received a directive to that effect and all other things being equal, Kanu dould be picked up by the police next week.
Malami is said to have filed the necessary papers.
The federal government will in addition to the subsisting court case involving Kanu charge him again for contempt of court.
The federal government believes that Kanu’ s court bail was made possible by the intervention of some well meaning Igbo indigenes most of who their advice are no longer heeded by Kanu.
