Emeka Ihedioha, candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the Imo State governorship election has been declared winner of the Saturday March 9 poll.
Ihedioha polled 273, 404 votes to beat his closest rivalry of the Action Alliance, Uche Nwosu who got 190, 364 votes.
Nwosu waa followed by Ifeanyi Araraume of the All Progressive Grand Alliance who got more than 110, 000 votes to come third.
Hope Uzodinma of the APC came fourth with about 96, 000 votes.
