Former governor of old Anambra state, Jim Nwobodo and his political godson and former Governor of Enugu state, Chimaraoke Nnamami have reconciled their differences.
They did on Friday when Chimaraoke popularly called Eneano paid a visit to Jim at his house in Enugu.
Nnamani was helped to necome governor in 1999 but he fell out with Nwobodo no sooner he was elected amd consolidated his hold on government.
Nnamani dismantled Nwobodo’s political structure and raised his own and used same to remain popular for the period he was in office until after 2007 when he left office.
For nearly 20 years the two political nogwigs in Enugu never saw eye to eye.
At a point, Nwobodo defected to the All Progressive Congress until recently when he re turned to the PDP.
Some of those who visited Nwobodo with Chimaraoke included former information minister, Frank Nweke, yhe former Governor’s boy among others.
Chimaraoke has just been elected again to represent his zone at the senate.
