Frontline candidate in the Ohanaeze Ndigbo general election, Prof. George Obiozor has been overwhelmingly elected as the new President General of the group.
He replaces Chief Nnia Nwodo whose tenure elapsed on January 10, 2021.
Prof. Obiozor scored 304 votes to be declared the winner. His only challenger, Valentine Oparaocha scored 15 votes.
