Chief Sylvester Debe Ojukwu, the first son of the Biafran warlord, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu is dead.
Debe as he was popularly called was said to have died on Friday, November 2, in Lagos after a brief stay in a hospital yet undisclosed, according to The Nigerian Tribune.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that Bianca, Ojukwu’s wife and stepmother to Debe, said she could not confirm his death.
Bianca said it was not her duty to make announcements in the Ojukwu family as Nnewi, their home town, is guided by traditions and customs on such matters.
