Governor Rochas Okorocha may have started working against the All Progressive Congress (APC), ceding his structure to the Action Alliance (AA), the party with which he wants to realise the governorship ambition of his son in-law, Uche Nwosu.

Nwosu has announced the AA as his new platform for the 2019 Imo State governorship election having lost the ticket to Senator Hope Uzodinma.

Armadanews.com learnt that all the APC wards in Imo state whose leaders were hitherto loyal to Okorocha have been asked to work for Nwosu and AA.

The governor was also said to have made huge financial commitment to the AA, with a member of the party boasting that the governorship election next in the state is for them to lose.

Okorocha recently boasted that APC will lose Imo state if his son in-law was denied the ticket.

He claimed he will work for the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari but that hew could not guarantee the state for the APC for the governorship contest in March 2019.
