Okorocha makes first public outing to Abuja after ordeal with APC leaders, attends Tinubu’s Colloquium

It took Bola Tinubu’s colloquium held on Thursday in Abuja for Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State to make his first public outing to the nation’s capital after his ordeal with the leadership of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

 

This year’s colloquium, which has the theme “Next Level: Work For People” was held at the International Conference Center (ICC), Abuja.

Tinubu marked his 67 years with the colloquium.

 

In attendance were Vice President Osinbajo, Governors, ministers, National Assembly members (serving and freshly elected), APC members, among others.

 

Okorocha and Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State who just won his election were spotted fraternising at the event.

 

Okorocha’s Certificate of returns as a dully elected senator from Imo State has been withheld by the Independent National electoral Commission (INEC) with assurances that he will not get it.

 

The INEC Returning Officer who conducted the election where Okorocha claimed he won in the contest said he was forced to declared the governor winner.

 

Okorocha is in court to compel the INEC to release the certificate of return to him.
