Baron Ike
National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress Adams Oshiomhole has returned from his ‘Awol’ outside Nigeria.
But on return, he took on his much talked about interrogation by the Department of State Services, saying the body cannot meddle in party matters.
Oshiomhole who was believed to have been arrested by the DSS confirmed je met with them but that the meeting was more on security related issues than party matters.
Oshiomhole also reacted to the ongoing criticisms by some of the APC governors over the submission of names to the Independent National Electoral Commission, saying the governors complaining are in the minority.
He reiterated that those complaining were trying to use their positions to indermine others and the system, insisting that he will not allow that to happen regardless of his personal relationship with them.
He also spoke again concerning the Imo State governorship candidate, insisting that the APC National Working Committee could not be faulted on its decision to field Senator Hope Uzodinma instead of Governor Rochas Okorocha’s son inlaw, Uche Nwosu.
