President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria will tomorrow, embark on an official visit to Nouakchott, Mauritania to attend the 31st Ordinary Session of the African Union Assembly of Heads of State and Government.
He departs Abuja on Saturday, June 30 and returns on Monday, July 2.
Buhari is attending the meeting in his capacity as the leader of the African Union.
The theme of the year’s meeting is: “Winning the Fight against Corruption, A Sustainable Path to Africa’s Transformation”.
The President is expected to make introductory remarks and presentation on the theme.
