Permanent secretaries who served meritoriously and retired but are being treated shabbly by Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State have reported him to President Muhammadu Buhari.
They want Buhari to intervene in the manner Okorocha has reduced them to semi human beings thorough his refusal to pay them their retirement benefits despite available resources to do so.
On a five page petition written on Kuly 20 amd signed by F.I. Agba, the retired perm secretaries told Buhari that Okorocha even makes mockery of them by wondering why they are still alive, apparently referring to their large number.
They are claiming that Okorocha has not paid them for between 2 years and seven years depending on the office they worked in.
