Senate President Bukola Saraki has declared to run for the office of the president of Nigeria under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Saraki made this formally declaration on Thursday at Sheraton hotel at a meeting with young aspirants of the PDP platform.
Saraki recently defected from the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC), to the PDP.
He declared a day after another PDP senator, Rabiu Kwankwaso, also declared to run for the office of Nigeria’s president.
